Last Knight Games sells merchandise, digital goods, games, and community-related items connected to our games, streams, podcasts, tabletop projects, and creative work.
This policy explains how shipping, returns, refunds, damaged items, and digital purchases are handled.
Physical Merchandise
Most Last Knight Games merchandise is produced through third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners. This may include shirts, apparel, accessories, posters, stickers, and other physical goods.
Shipping times, carrier options, tracking availability, and fulfillment locations may vary depending on the item, vendor, destination, and current production volume.
After an order is placed, the fulfillment partner may begin production quickly. Because many items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has started.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping estimates shown during checkout are estimates only. Delays can happen due to production queues, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information.
If you receive tracking information, please use the tracking link for the most current delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to provide a free replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
When possible, we will work with the fulfillment partner to provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many items are printed or made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Color differences caused by screen settings
- Minor variations in print placement or production
If a fulfillment partner allows returns or exchanges for a specific product, we will follow that partner’s process where possible.
Digital Goods and Downloads
Digital products, downloadable content, game builds, PDFs, tabletop files, member rewards, and similar digital items are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to help.
Memberships and Supporter Payments
Memberships, Patreon support, donations, tips, or other supporter payments may be handled by third-party platforms. Refunds for those payments are subject to the policies and tools of the platform where the payment was made.
If you support us through Patreon, please manage your membership through Patreon unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most order issues can be handled faster through our support process or through the fulfillment provider.
